Warranty Claim

Onething provides a warranty period for all branded products. Products which are eligible for warranty will be included on the product page. For products without warranties, no warranty details will be mentioned. Please contact us to check the warranty eligibility of the product before placing an order.

How to claim the warranty?

  1. Read the warranty terms & conditions to check your product defects are within the warranty terms & conditions.
  2. Contact us through our email address, WhatsApp, or social media accounts and explain the problem (product defect).
  3. Send your invoice copy (photo).
  4. If we accept your warranty, send your package to us. (We are not covering any delivery charges.)
  5. If products are under warranty conditions, replacement of any defective items will be done within 14 working days.

Warranty terms & conditions

  1. This limited warranty extends only to purchaser of the product and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser.
  2. he consumer must provide the warranty bill as proof of purchase.
  3. Any transportation, handling and delivery charges incurred to courier the products will be fully borne by the customer.
  4. The consumer will have no coverage under the limited warranty for any of the following conditions:
    • Defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, sand or dirt, neglect or unusual physical, electrical or mechanical stress.
    • Existing scratches, dents and cosmetic damage.
    • Defects or damage resulting from excessive force.
    • Equipment that has the serial number or the enhancement data code removed, defaced, damaged or altered.
    • Ordinary wear and tear including battery degradation.
    • Defects or damage resulting from the use of product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products not approved by the manufacturer.
    • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightening, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse or improper use of any electrical source.

5. This warranty does not cover battery charges or any related product.
6. This warranty does not cover any battery-related issues if:

  • The battery has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved by the manufacturer for charging the battery.
  • Any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
  • The battery has been used in equipment other than the manufacturer’s device for which it is specified.

7. Neither OneThingstore, person, or entity will be under any obligation or liability for products beyond that which is expressly provided in this limited warranty.
8. Warranty terms, product features, and specifications are subject to change without notice.
9. Return and exchange policy:

  • Once the product has been purchased, collected by or delivered to the customer returns will not be accepted. Product return or exchange requests will not be accommodated for a customer’s unmatched expectations, or change of mind unless there is a valid defect with the product for which a warranty can be claimed for.
  • Refunds are not applicable.

10. Consumers must claim their warranty within 9 days starting from the defect identified date.
11. Replacement of any defective items will be done within 14 working days.
